We do not authorize our Service Providers to use or disclose any of the provided information for their own marketing purposes or other. It is however important to note that when you create an online food take out/delivery account, make an online meal order, participate in one of our loyalty rewards programs, fill out a survey or apply for a job opportunity, you may be redirected to our Service Providers’ website managed by them. It is your responsibility to read their privacy policies as well as their terms and conditions so you may better understand their management of your Personal Information. USMCAFOOD assumes no responsibility for the manner in which these third parties may collect, use, share or otherwise treat your Personal Information. Transactional Information USMCAFOOD does not collect, handle or store any credit card information. We use Service Provider processors such as Moneris to process the transactions you request from our website such as gift card purchases. Here again, it is your responsibility to read and understand the privacy policies of these Services Providers so you may better understand how your credit card information is managed and protected by these Service Provider processors.
